The injection molding process is carried out on modern injection molding machines under the supervision of qualified personnel. Where it is necessary to repair press-tools, the constructor, jointly with the technology and customer representative, shall compile a technical specification in this respect. The repair of molds is carried out by in-house specialists without the participation of external organizations.  

We carry out injection molding using our facilities considering all Customer requirements, monitoring and labeling products. As a result of our work, the customer receives high quality products, corresponding to the drawing and the control sample.

  • Mold type (automatic or semi-automatic);

  • Mold dimensions;

  • Number of simultaneously molded products;

  • Molding cycle;

  • Production lot size.
